Each Reiki locket has been hand crafted in sterling silver and has the power symbol on the back to energise the wearer. Sterling Silver (Approx 16grams and 30mm by 19mm)	Reiki Locket - A unique and original concept. Designed by Elizabeth in order to make sending healing easier, more accessible, powerful and effective! The Reiki Locket enables you to send healing to people, animals, situations, countries, events and goals easily and effortlessly throughout the day whenever you have a spare moment. Simply hold your locket with the intention of sending distant Reiki to the people, events or situations you have listed inside. The Reiki symbols are carved on the inside of the locket. The high quality healing amethyst holds the energy so that it is transmitted continuously to the names/goals etc. placed inside. It is most effective if you do a couple of minutes (i.e. at traffic lights or at a checkout queue) 6-8 times a day.

Jonathan Goldman has been empowered by the Chant Master of the Dalai Lama's Drepung Loseling Monastery to teach sacred Tibetan overtone chanting. Elizabeth uses this music for her healing sessions.

£12-50 (CD)	The music of Gabrielle Roth and the Mirrors combined with Tibetan Buddhist chants sung by legendary Russian Rocker Boris Grebenshikov. Royalties from this recording are being donated to various Tibetan Buddhist causes. As used by Elizabeth in the Reiki Masters during the chanting morning.

£12-50 (CD)	Heart of Perfect Wisdom is a deeply meditative recording, based on the Buddhist Heart Sutra. A Sufi Song of Love combines the powerful Sufi chanting practice known as Zhikr - remembrance - with a hauntingly evocative melodic setting of the core Sufi prayer called the Kalama. Used by Elizabeth while performing Reiki attunements as it opens the heart chakra.
